Our “T” post and our Wordless Wednesday post is a photo of our transformed dog.

And in case you haven’t seen photos of Jack when we first got him almost three years ago – here’s what he looked like before his “transformation”. Kind of a flabby, lazy, overweight Lab.

  3. He is so lucky to have found a home, lots of love, and a healthy lifestyle! So many dogs never have that which is really sad.

  23. Who doesn’t love a good before and after weight loss picture?? Nice job! The other day I walked a shelter dog who was quite overweight. I thought of you and how you took on the challenge of slimming your doggy down. It can’t be easy!

    • Luckily Jack was highly motivated – he loved to run – so getting him to trim down was pretty easy.

    • Well, we try, getting folks to listen is the hard part. Jack doesn’t have thumbs, so he can’t open the fridge by himself 😉
