We are pleased to announce that SlimDoggy has been acquired by Petnet. Petnet is an innovative iOT (internet of things) technology company that is building a “Smart” line of pet products including the Smart Feeder and Smart Bowl. Petnet will be integrating the SlimDoggy pet food database of almost 6,000 dog and cat foods, as well as our patent pending feeding and food analysis algorithms into all of the Petnet Smart products.

By joining forces with Petnet, we believe that we can fully realize our vision of bringing transparency and automation to how pet owners evaluate and portion pet foods, as well as modernizing the entire experience of choosing and shopping for pet food.

The SlimDoggy Brand will remain separate and distinct and our voice and point of view on food, fitness and fun for healthy pets will remain the same if not more amplified in the future.

Thanks to all of our readers and supporters who have helped us along the way. We look forward to continuing to provide insights into dog food and fitness and to helping all pet owners have healthier and happier pets.
