Our sweet Maggie May. Love pictures of her in B&W because it shows off her grey whiskers.

  9. Love that touch of grey–so distinguished. My 4-year-old Border Collie mix has grey on her muzzle already. I guess she takes after her human mom, who started turning grey in her 20s!

  10. Gorgeous! And great photo. You’re right, she does look exactly like the Great Dane in the hop–from this angle, at least 🙂 Happy Sunday!

  18. Aw, she’s beautiful!

I had to grin in chagrin the other day at a bad move by me. After my surgery, I reduced my own food intake to avoid weight gain but I forgot about Shyla whose exercise also decreased. She now needs to lose 2 lbs. My vet is a super stickler – she wants to “see” ribs, and she’s serious about it!!!! She is always emphasizing that thin dogs live longer and healthier lives. Oh yeah, haven’t I read that here too?

  20. Maggie looks so relaxed yet elegant in this lovely photo. Frankie is only 6 years old but he is starting to get a few grey hairs around his muzzle, so is Beryl at 7 years old 🙁 Still, they’ve both got a long way to go to catch up to me!
