  1. Thankfully, we have never heard of these and don’t have any. Salmonella is nasty. Mom had it a few years back, very painful and dangerous too.

  3. I hope a lot of people will read your post today. It’s awful when your dog gets sick from contaminated food. I decided to stay away from duck breasts, pig ears and other natural chews, specially because there is no country of origin or anything on the bags they sell here. I bought a real duck breast for Easy instead (butt I sadly misread the price and instead of 3.99 I had to pay 8.99…there is nothing like going down in style lol)

  7. If the government would pass the bill to make pet food companies meet cleanliness standards, perhaps we wouldn’t keep hearing about recalls that are dangerous to our pets. Pet parents need to speak up and let the official know that our pets are important and deserve their food to be healthy not hazardous! Grrr.

  8. It’s always good to be aware of these just in case. I don’t buy this product, so nothing to worry about this time. Not that it’s a bad product in general. I’m just not familiar with it.
