Bravo Pets FoodsBravo Pet Foods, a Connecticut-based raw pet food manufacturer is recalling two of its dog and cat food products after they tested positive for listeria, a potentially deadly food-borne bacterium.


Bravo is recalling its Raw Food Diet Bravo! Beef Blend for Dogs and Cats, which was sold in 2-, 5- and 10-pound tubes with product numbers 52-102, 52-105, and 52-110 and use by date of 10/10/15 or earlier. The company is also recalling several of its products that were produced in the same manufacturing facility on the same day as the food that tested positive for bacteria.

  3. I had a friend that worked for that company (he was a butcher) and he told me how they worked and maintained their dog food (and people food) areas. Needless to say, I don’t buy my food from them. ;-(

  5. Thanks for sharing this useful information. I guess they should have tested their food before releasing it in a market. This thing will definitely affect their future sales.
