Do you have senior dog? Helping them live a longer life is a priority. We’ve had five seniors in our life in recent years and have learned much about keeping them happy and healthy as long as we can. We share some tips in our eHow video.

  2. Thanks for sharing this. We are doing our best to give our dogs the healthy life we can. Due to other unrelated factors our previous dogs only lived to be 8 (rare disorder) and 6 (an accident), and it is my goal to have a senior dog!

  3. Since both girls are 9, I think about this a lot. I want them to be with us as long as possible, and to feel good and healthy during their later years as well. I feel like I know so much more now than I did a few years ago, and that makes me optimistic!

    Sam 16 RIP 1981
    Timba 18 RIP 2001
    Annie 14 RIP 1993
    Hector 10 (died of a head injury 2011);
    Hobie 14 (still with us!!)
    Charlie & Cooper are just puppies and hope they become members of our double-digit club!
